The Member Protection Information Officer (MPIO) mpio@gufc.org.au is the club’s first point of contact for persons with member protection or child safeguarding enquiries. MPIOs provide information to members about the options available to them should they wish to make an enquiry or complaint about a safeguarding matter. MPIO’s are impartial and do not mediate or investigate complaints.

If you have any enquires or would like information on how to submit a complaint and/or report a concern about a Safeguarding issue, please email mpio@gufc.org.au.  The MPIO will be able to talk you through the number of ways your concerns and/or complaints can be reported.
