COACHES AND TEAM MANAGERS

Community teams – we’re always looking for people to volunteer as coaches or team managers across our entire Community Juniors and MiniRoos stream. To submit your interest in coaching please fill out this GUFC Coach Expression of Interest form. Contact coach.coordinator@gufc.org.au if you have any questions.
Performance teams – if you have experience in coaching at the premier league level or other performance coaching you can contact performancefootball@gufc.org.au.
All Coaches and Team Managers need to register through Play Football and hold a valid Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) card. If you do not have a WWVP card (or need to renew your card) you can apply for one free by Clicking Here

AGE GROUP COORDINATORS (AGCs)

Are you great at admin and organising people?

About the AGC role:

Manage an age group throughout season – roles available for U5-U18 ages.
Liaise with the team coaches and managers and help with parent questions.
Assist with any new member enquiries in your age group or refer them onto the Club Registrar.
Maintain contact list of for your age group throughout the season and distribute any Club communication onto your teams.
Assist with club activities such as a gala day or presentation day, being the liaison point with coaches and managers.

We will provide a briefing and ongoing support. It’s a great way to meet new people and lend a helping hand.

REFEREES

We are seeking referees for the 2025 season. This is a great opportunity to meet new people, learn new skills, and earn some money. Visit our referee page for more information.

GENERAL VOLUNTEERS
